Delivery Times Standard delivery within the UK: 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Some orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers and may arrive in third-party packaging. This does not affect your consumer rights — your purchase contract is with TheBeautyCo. and all after-sales support is handled by us.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
